Label vials clearly and match lot numbers to your intake form. Ensure secure sealing. For batch conformity testing, all vials must be from the same lot. Include completed intake form and payment authorization in your shipment.

Receive Your COA
Once your sample is received and analyzed (5–7 business days), we'll email your secure Certificate of Analysis. Your COA will be available in our public lookup tool and shareable with customers, platforms, and compliance teams.

Can I submit multiple samples at once?
Yes. Include each sample on its intake form. Group / bulk testing discounts are available for 5+ samples. Contact us for bulk pricing.
Do you accept international samples?
Yes, we accept samples from clients worldwide. Detailed shipping instructions, including any import requirements, are provided upon order confirmation.
What happens if my sample fails testing?
You will receive a full COA regardless of outcome. Failed results are still fully documented and verifiable. We're here to provide accurate data, not just good results.
Is my data kept confidential?
